Revaluation 2026 - what will happen when

1st Apr 2024

Antecedent valuation date: The set date in the past on which all rateable values are based - any leases signed or renewed close to this date are key.

1st Mar 2024

Requests for information from the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) will be issued by the VOA to gather rental evidence for the Revaluation between 1st March 2024-2026
