Matt King

Matt joined Vail Williams in 2021 and provides the full range of administrative duties to support our busy agency team in Gatwick.

He also provides assistance to the rest of our office-based team – a role which bridges the gap between the agency team and project coordinators.

Matt is responsible for liaising with potential clients and taking new business / property enquiries, as well as undertaking property viewings and managing the full suite of administrative tasks associated with the acquisition and disposal of commercial property in conjunction with the agency team.

Having entered the property profession via the retail sector where Matt spent many years as a branch manager for an outdoor clothing & equipment brand, Matt brings with him invaluable consumer facing experience which helps him to deliver true excellence of service to both current and potential clients.

In his own time, Matt enjoys being outdoors and is a keen cyclist (recently completing two Grand Fondo rides in the Solent region). He also enjoys cooking and a variety of other activities.
