Andrew is a Charted Surveyor and Registered Valuer, and joined Vail Williams in 2019, working initially in the valuation team. He now splits his time between valuation and occupier advice.

He has experience of valuation for a number of purposes, including secure lending on behalf of a number of banks, the purchase of a property or business, and pension matters. This includes a mixture of residential development sites, existing residential portfolios, commercial investment properties and portfolios.

As part of his occupier advisory work, Andrew supports and advices a number of national and local occupiers with a variety of matters including disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals.

Prior to joining Vail Williams Andrew was employed at a local authority in Hampshire where he was responsible for estate management, lettings, lease renewals and the purchase of investment properties. This included a wide range of assets from office, retail and industrial, to out of town retail, leisure, commercial ground rent investments, and car dealerships.

Outside of work Andrew enjoys the outdoors and reading, with a love of science fiction and fantasy.
