Joshua joined Vail Williams as a Graduate Surveyor in November 2024 from Maguire Jackson, where he spent a year and a half as a commercial property agent.
Based at our Birmingham office, Joshua is responsible for advising landlords and occupiers on commercial freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal across the Midlands and North.
Having been responsible for handling major sales and letting disposals in his previous role, predominantly in the jewellery quarter, Birmingham and the wider city centre area, Joshua has built up invaluable knowledge of the Birmingham commercial property market.
In his role here at Vail Williams, he aims to further this knowledge and experience, with the aim of expanding our commercial freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal work across the Midlands and North.
Joshua has a degree in Property Development and Planning at Oxford Brookes, and is now working towards his APC to become a RICS Chartered Surveyor.
In his own time, Josh enjoys travelling, historic motoring and racing as well as skiing, and is a qualified ski instructor.
