General enquiries
Freddie joined Vail Williams in 2024 as a Valuation Surveyor based in our London office.
He began his property career on work experience with us in 2022, to support his Real Estate degree and spent a further six weeks on rotation across our agency, planning, valuation, building consultancy, and investment teams in London, Crawley, and the Solent.
Having subsequently been appointed on a temporary contract to assist our London planning team, Freddie took a break to go travelling before returning to us full-time. He is now working on his APC to become a Chartered Surveyor and has ambitions to become a Registered Valuer.
Freddie is currently on rotation in the valuation team, supporting clients with the full range of commercial property valuation needs -from due diligence and comparable evidence searches, preparing location and condition descriptions of properties for valuation reports, and inspecting and measuring properties to assess their value, to networking with prospective clients.
In his own time, Freddie enjoys travelling, having spent several months solo-travelling around Southeast Asia, where he gained his Advanced-PADI diving qualification.
He also enjoys socialising with friends, going to the gym, cooking and creating his own exciting new recipes, as well as attending music events – in particular Boomtown Festival which he has been a crew member at for several years, and mixing/producing electronic music.
RICS Registered Valuer Paolo Vacca has been appointed as an associate by property consultancy Vail Williams in London where business demand continues to expand.
