Clark joined Vail Williams in 2024 as a graduate surveyor in our agency team upon the opening of our new office in Oxford.
He joined from Cluttons where he spent a year working in commercial transactions, specialising in retail.
Based at our new Oxford office, Clark brings with him valuable insight into the Oxford market, which he has gained through a combination of his studies at Oxford Brookes and his employment experience.
Clark has been involved in the disposal of several retail units within Oxford, most notably ones on Oxford High Street, for the Oxford Colleges. While his work mainly revolves around transactional projects, Clark has also assisted in valuing college portfolios.
In his role at Vail Williams, Clark is part of a team taking on the responsibility of growing the firm’s transactional work in Oxford and cross-selling services where appropriate.
He is currently working towards his chartership with the RICS.
Outside of work, Clark enjoys being active by participating in different sports, in particular American Football, where he believes that having all the gear instantly makes you good at the sport (not always true as he can attest!). Clark also enjoys long walks on the beach.
