Chris Wilmshurst

Chris has over 25 years’ planning experience in both local government and private consultancy.

He is involved in the preparation, submission, monitoring and negotiation of planning applications, in addition to the preparation of appeal statements.

Chris also has extensive experience in strategic promotion of land for alternative uses through the planning system.

He is experienced as an expert witness at inquiries and hearings for clients and instructs barristers under rules of direct professional access to the Bar.

Chris can provide expert witness evidence in key areas such as:
