Natalie Furtado

Natalie joined Vail Williams in 2018 following the merger with New Ballerino where she had worked since 2010.

She is based in our busy agency team in Surrey where she is a Surveyor supporting clients in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property.

Her experience includes the acquisition of several office locations for a retained client in major cities throughout the UK and Ireland, but the mainstay of her work is within the Surrey region.

In addition to working in the office sector, Natalie is also experienced in the industrial sector where successes have included achieving record rents in Chertsey for a new industrial scheme.

She also plays an active role within our lease events data team, where she helped secured a new 70,000 sq ft industrial unit instruction through this work.

Outside of Vail Williams, Natalie enjoys travelling and has recently converted a camper van. She also loves to cook and enjoys hiking, wild swimming and paddle boarding.
